About The Position
Saratoga Medical is looking to hire a Geriatric Memory Care LEAD Resident Engagement Specialist to work nursing/memory care facilities across Massachusetts. Package will include a competitive rate, paid time off and benefit options. This is NOT a travel position, but does require driving responsibilities. These qualifications and requirements enable the Engagement Specialist LEAD to promote well-being by coordinating thoughtful daily activities that inspire residents to participate, forming a strong sense of community.
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) and or/ four (4) year college degree; or one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in one of the following areas: wellness, fitness, arts & humanities, or music therapy.
- Training and/or experience working with geriatric individuals and/or persons with cognitive impairment preferred.
- Required certification(s) based on current MA state regulations.
