About The Position

Nuvance Health, has an excellent opportunity for a full time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Southbury, CT. The position Provides medical care for Geriatric patients under the supervision of a physician and includes seeing patients in the outpatient office, with a Monday-Friday workday schedule with no call responsibility. The ideal candidate will be a board certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of experience in Geriatric/primary care. This is an employed position that includes a comprehensive benefits package, as well as allowances for CMEs and Dues. Requirements

Experience working with hepatobiliary services
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
New York State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
Federal DEA
