UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent new outpatient Geriatric APN opportunity for a beautiful 55+ community in Burr Ridge. This community serves residents who both live independently, with some needing assistance and memory care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing, required
- Current Illinois Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Full Practice Authority License, preferred
- Experienced APNs who can work independently as a solo practitioner, preferred
Responsibilities

- Average number of patient visits per day 10-12
- Clinic Schedule: Monday – Friday (Days)
- Provide support of EMR in basket
- Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage
