About The Position

The General Manager position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction while managing staff and financial performance. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial position in the food industry.
  • Completion of Learn2serve Food Safety Management Principles course.
  • Completion of Learn2serve Texas Food Manager Certification Program.
  • Completion of Learn2serve On-Premises Alcohol Seller/Server course.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the food and beverage industry and current trends.
  • Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and financial management capabilities.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, preferably TouchBistro.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Knowledge of local food and beverage trends.
  • Previous experience in staff training and development.
