Kleinfelder’s Geotechnical team is looking for a Geotechnical Project Manager to support a variety of public and private clients in the areas of Transportation, Energy, Water, Facilities, and other projects. This position requires a dynamic leader with strong leadership and technical capabilities, communication skills, and previous project management experience. The role involves troubleshooting and problem-solving with practical, client-focused solutions, demonstrating technical expertise in geotechnics, slope stability, foundation design, and earthwork. The candidate will lead a team of geotechnical engineers, mentor staff, and interface with the civil design team to develop practical grading plans. The position also includes developing strategic pursuits and proposals, managing projects from cradle-to-grave, and growing client relationships.
