Requirements
- Strong field experience in: Construction inspections
- Strong field experience in: Material testing
- Experience in geotechnical practices
- Prior experience in project supervision / team leadership
- Experience interacting with clients and construction stakeholders
- Strong exposure to quality control and reporting
- Construction materials testing (CMT)
- Geotechnical field experience
- Project supervision / field team management
- Plan & specification review
- Client management & issue resolution
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Problem-solving in field environments
- Ability to manage full project lifecycle
- ACI (American Concrete Institute) Certification
- ICC (International Code Council) Certification
- VDOT (Virginia Department of Transportation) Certification

Responsibilities
- Oversee projects end-to-end: Proposal preparation execution final reporting
- Manage project supervision and quality control of: Field work, Documentation and reports
- Review plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits and field inspections
- Supervise, mentor, and review field technicians’ daily work
- Handle client communication and expectations
- Troubleshoot project and field-related issues proactively
- Coordinate with: Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Local and county agencies
