About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Geotechnical Project Manager, where you will lead diverse projects ranging from highways and bridges to renewable energy facilities. Requirements

8 to 10 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a team setting.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 to 12 months.
MSCE in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
Proficiency in geotechnical analysis.
Experience with infrastructure engineering and civil projects.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation.
Experience in both public and private sector work.
Department of Transportation experience is a plus.
Motivated self-starter with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage geotechnical projects, including highways, bridges, and renewable energy facilities.
Conduct soil testing and inspections, providing technical guidance and solutions.
Collaborate with various technical disciplines to ensure project success.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders through excellent oral and written skills.
Build and lead a team of engineers and technicians to support project backlogs.
Manage projects from proposal through to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
