Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
• ≥ 3 years of Geotech experience
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Independent problem-solver with killer organizational skills
• Safety mindset that never takes a day off

Nice To Haves

• PE license in hand (or the drive to get it in 6 months)
• Heavy civil infrastructure portfolio (bridges, tunnels, dams)
• Advanced numerical modeling or specialty design skills
• Business-development curiosity

Responsibilities

• Design & Analysis: Slope stability, deep/shallow foundations, pile drivability, drilled shafts, retaining walls.
• Field Leadership: Plan and oversee explorations, inspections, and on-site testing.
• Project Management: Scope proposals, nail timelines, and keep clients smiling all the way to close-out.
• Quality & Safety: Champion best-in-class standards.
• RFP Ninja Moves: Craft winning responses that showcase our technical edge and cost savings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate engineer-speak into clear updates for designers, contractors, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Department MVP: Jump in on special assignments.
