About The Position

Are you a Geotechnical Engineer seeking an opportunity to grow your technical and project management skills working on dynamic and complex projects? Our Greensboro, North Carolina, office is looking for an eager and motivated EIT or PE to join our Geotechnical team. This is a great opportunity for either an EIT looking to develop their technical skills and move into project management or a more seasoned engineer ready to take on different projects, mentor staff, and expand their technical and project management skills.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining, or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of related geotechnical engineering experience, which preferably includes some extent of project management responsibilities.
• You have or are on track to obtain an Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical projects from planning to execution, maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze field and laboratory data to develop safe and effective engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and support business development initiatives.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring alignment and solving project challenges.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a positive, safety-first work culture.
