About The Position

AECOM is seeking a Geotechnical Engineering Intern to join our 25-person geotechnical group based in Conshohocken, PA. Requirements

• Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree program in Civil Engineering or Geoscience with the intent to continue enrollment after the internship and must have completed at least 3 years of study.
• Candidates who have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree and plan to continue with the master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions.
• Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in geotechnical engineering tasks under the supervision of professional engineers and working closely with other team members to meet the project needs.
• Performing geotechnical lab testing.
• Performing limited field monitoring of geotechnical construction projects.
