Geotechnical Engineering Intern
About The Position
AECOM is seeking a Geotechnical Engineering Intern to be based in New York, NY. This position starts in January 2026. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional. Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study. Intern 2 - completion of second year of qualified study.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Must have completed 2 years of study.
Nice To Haves
- Capability in AutoCAD and/or Bentley CAD drafting software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous geotechnical internship experience.
