Requirements

• Active TX PE
• ~5 years of geotechnical/consulting experience
• BS in Civil/Geotechnical (MS a plus)
• Field and report-writing experience; geotech software proficiency
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• MS a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations: scope, sampling, drilling oversight, and field testing (SPT, CPT, etc.).
• Perform soil/rock characterization, slope stability, settlement, bearing capacity, foundation, and earthwork analyses.
• Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and design calculations.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, designers, and contractors.
• Estimate costs/schedules and manage small-to-mid-size projects.
• Mentor junior staff and review deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety practices.
