Description Bryant Consultants, an Aperture company, is looking for a highly motivated geotechnical engineer-in-training with a civil and/or geotechnical background for our Carrollton, TX location! You will be joining our team and providing high-level inspection, engineering, and project management services to our diverse client base.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study. Master of Science degree in geotechnical and/or structural engineering is preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in related field.
- Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) or equivalent certification (or to be obtained within 3 months).
Nice To Haves
- Foundation design courses are preferred.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will work under a professional engineer's supervision to provide high-level inspection, engineering, and project management services to our diverse client base.
- Requires application of standard engineering techniques and procedures, including professional judgment to execute work, develop solutions, and make design modifications.
- Site investigation and characterization using geotechnical and environmental field and laboratory data
