About The Position
Hillis-Carnes Engineering is actively seeking a Geotechnical Driller Helper for our Delmar (Salisbury), MD office. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the geotechnical drill rig operations and drilling techniques, but willing to train a good candidate. Candidate needs be reliable, motivated, possess a positive attitude, and have a good work ethic. Experience with Hollow Stem Auger and Casing Advance Drilling, Mud Rotary Drilling, Split Spoon and Shelby Tube Sampling, and Rock Coring. Projects will be primarily located in MD and DE with the possibility of work in other states.
