As a Geosteering Analyst, you will play a vital role in interpreting the exploration and production (E&P) drilling process. You will be part of a high-performance operations team that collaborates closely with customers to achieve the goals of the well both prior to and during the drilling phase. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring the success of drilling operations, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills. In this role, you will be expected to manage multiple wellbore target changes across different projects efficiently while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. The position demands exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, especially during high workload periods. You will provide technical advice to clients on current and future projects, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. The work environment is dynamic, with varying workloads that can change throughout the day or week, necessitating flexibility and adaptability. The Geosteering Analyst will work 12-hour shifts, primarily on the night shift, and must be prepared for high-stress situations during peak workload times.
