About The Position

The GEOINT Instructor delivers and supports training in geospatial-intelligence (GEOINT) tradecraft, contributing expertise across various disciplines for a government client. This role involves designing and conducting instructional sessions, mentoring peers, and ensuring training aligns with mission-critical needs.

Requirements

  • US CITIZENSHIP
  • TOP SECRET / SCI Security Clearance
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, related to GEOINT or a relevant field (e.g., GIS, data analytics).
  • Certification: Department of Defense (DoD) Basic Instructor Certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in GEOINT tradecraft or related instructional experience.
  • Skills: Strong instructional and analytical skills; ability to work in various training settings and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions using classroom, virtual, or mobile formats.
  • Apply expertise in areas like geospatial analysis, data science, or imagery analysis to educate learners.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to enhance curriculum and training quality.
  • Support the development and maintenance of training materials.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs and provide constructive feedback.
