About The Position

We are seeking an accomplished prospect generator to join our integrated teams in San Antonio. This role is responsible for generating large-scale oil and gas prospects and executing highly active drilling programs. The ideal candidate will excel in geoscience technologies, thrive in data-intensive environments, and collaborate effectively with drilling, land, and engineering personnel to advance prospects from concept through completion. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of petroleum systems, operational optimization, A&D evaluations, and experience with mentorship. Success requires proficiency in computer-based geological applications coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills. This position requires MS degree in Geology and a minimum of 13 years of oil and gas experience in a variety of structural and stratigraphic styles. The successful candidate must have a proven ability to incorporate geology and engineering data to optimize horizontal development and reservoir evaluation. Requirements

• MS degree in Geology
• Minimum of 13 years of oil and gas experience in a variety of structural and stratigraphic styles
