About The Position

ANSER is seeking an experienced Strategic Certifications Program Analyst to support the development, implementation, and management of the GEOINT Certification Program for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role you will work closely with senior leadership to align certification, workforce development, and training initiatives with strategic mission priorities. You will play a key role in program planning, accreditation support, and ensuring the effectiveness of GEOINT certification and workforce capability initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Geospatial Intelligence, Intelligence Studies, Organizational Development, Training, Education, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 7+ years of experience supporting GEOINT tradecraft development, workforce capability initiatives, or strategic training programs
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with GEOINT analysts, training organizations, and leadership to advance tradecraft competencies and workforce development initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or leading credentialing or certification program management office functions
  • Experience working with external accreditation standards, applicable laws, and regulatory frameworks including Title 42 Chapter 126 (Americans with Disabilities Act)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience maintaining compliance with third-party credentialing organizations such as the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) or the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)
  • Experience working within the U.S. Intelligence Community
  • Direct experience supporting NGA or the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG)
  • Experience working with Intelligence Community classification markings and handling procedures

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the focal point for activities supporting the development, execution, and sustainment of the NGA GEOINT Certification Program in accordance with DoD policy and guidance.
  • Plan and document program requirements for certification and institutional accreditation to ensure inclusion in NGA planning, programming, and budgeting processes.
  • Coordinate identification and submission of GEOINT Certification Program resource requirements during the NGA Program Build.
  • Identify and quantify GEOINT certification education, training, and renewal requirements and associated workforce development costs.
  • Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the GEOINT Certification Program.
  • Coordinate the development of position reviews to categorize GEOINT roles within the certification program framework.
  • Engage with NGA and National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) leadership to support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
