About The Position

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking an experienced GeoAnalytics Project Management Resource to manage and coordinate multiple IT projects of varying complexity. The selected candidate will work remotely while adhering to PTC PMO standards and may be required onsite in Middletown, PA for meetings, implementations, or emergencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience handling projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Experience following PMO established standards and procedures (Playbook) .
  • Strong experience in scope, schedule, cost, vendor, and risk management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple IT projects across the full project lifecycle (initiation through closure).
  • Develop and maintain project plans and required artifacts following PTC PMO Playbook standards.
  • Coordinate with business owners, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope.
  • Manage integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with technical teams and business leadership.
  • Adhere to all PTC IT Standards and procedures.
