This position exists to manage and maintain the university's geospatial data infrastructure, ensuring data quality and accessibility. The position provides professional GIS expertise by leading GIS projects, and developing advanced analytical techniques. The position also provides GIS expertise and support to other departments or external clients as and if needed. GIS is an organized collection of computer hardware, software, spatial databases, and personnel, designed to efficiently capture, store, update, manipulate, analyze, and display all form of geographically referenced information.
