The GeoEx center pairs students with professional internship opportunities outside of Front Range Community College. Students will work with private industry companies, government agencies, etc. and will need to perform various geospatial tasks as decided and agreed upon by the agency and the student intern. At the minimum, students will need to engage both with the FRCC supervisor through email and Zoom, promptly respond to emails from the internship lead, and be able to work in a professional group setting; as well as be familiar with all workflows and tools in the lower level GIS course at FRCC.
