About The Position
The Genius Auto Expert is a highly trained BMW and or MINI COOPER product specialist who provides customers with expert guidance, demonstrations, and explanations of all BMW features, benefits, and innovations before, during, and after the purchase. This role enhances the customer experience by delivering in-depth product knowledge in a pressure-free environment.
Requirements
- Passion for luxury automotive products and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to learn and maintain extensive product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the BMW product expert and brand ambassador on the showroom floor.
- Educate customers on vehicle features, technologies, and specifications.
- Conduct personalized demonstrations, presentations, and answer product-related questions.
- Support sales consultants with product details throughout the sales process.
- Ensure a world-class, customer-centric experience that aligns with Autogermana standards.
