The Genetic Counseling Assistant provides administrative and clinical support to a team of genetic counselors serving fertility patients. Working under the supervision of licensed genetic counselors and/or physicians, this role assists with coordinating genetic testing, managing results, supporting patient communication, and maintaining accurate medical records. The position offers exposure to reproductive genetics and fertility treatment workflows, including opportunities to learn about genetic counseling in the context of family building, while contributing to efficient, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
