About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Genesys Composer, Genesys Eservices, Genesys CIM Platform, and Genesys Voice Portal. Additionally, experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains is essential. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

• Must have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Genesys Composer to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Implement and support Genesys Eservices to enhance customer interaction capabilities.
• Utilize Genesys CIM Platform to manage and optimize customer information.
• Configure and manage Genesys Voice Portal for efficient voice-based customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Medicare & Medicaid Claims.
• Design and develop solutions for Claims processing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Payer domain regulations and standards in all developed solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys-related issues.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Document technical specifications and user guides for developed applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
