Requirements

  • B.S in Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of Genesys engineering experience.
  • Proven skills in Genesys implementation and customization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and aligning technology with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Genesys-based contact center solutions tailored to specific organizational needs.
  • Integrate Genesys solutions with third-party applications, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and maintain the Genesys environment, optimizing performance and availability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training and support to contact center agents on Genesys tools.
