Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Genesys Developer Position. This is a W2-Contract role located in Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid work mode (three days onsite and two days remote). The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of development and implementation experience with Genesys contact center solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Genesys software and hardware components, integrating Genesys with third-party applications and systems, and utilizing Genesys cloud APIs, SDKs, and tools to build integrations and extensions.
