About The Position

The Genesys Cloud Engineer role involves designing, developing, configuring, and implementing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call flows within the Genesys Cloud platform. This position requires collaboration with team members to gather requirements and manage API integrations with other applications, all while working remotely during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Requirements

• Experience with Genesys Cloud platform development and configuration.
• Demonstrated experience with IVR system development and call flow design.
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Proficiency in Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call flows including skills configuration, queue management, and routing logic.
• Create and maintain email flows, routing rules, and data tables within the Genesys Cloud environment.
• Develop and manage Application Programming Interface (API) integrations between Genesys Cloud and other PNC applications.
• Collaborate with other team members to gather and analyze requirements.
• Document user stories and technical specifications in Jira.
