About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Genesys Cloud Consultant to join our growing consulting team in the USA. This position is pivotal in helping our clients transform their contact centers by leveraging the power of Genesys Cloud CX. The role combines pre-sales, consulting, and implementation expertise, requiring you to wear multiple hats and contribute across the entire customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing and architecting scalable, multi-geography Genesys Cloud deployments that meet complex customer requirements. In this role, you will provide expert pre-sales support, crafting compelling proposals and solution architectures that address specific client needs. You will lead and manage Genesys Cloud implementation for both brown field and green field projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Your responsibilities will also include configuring advanced features such as Workforce Management (WFM), Omni-Channel routing, Call Recording, and integrations with third-party services and data sources. Additionally, you will implement AI-powered solutions using Genesys Digital Assistant and Gen AI to enhance customer self-service capabilities. You will integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and auto-scaling of the Genesys Cloud environment. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams (sales, delivery) and external stakeholders (clients, partners) to ensure project success. Documenting solutions effectively and providing ongoing support to clients will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for the Genesys Cloud environment and stay up-to-date on the latest Genesys Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends. Your collaborative efforts with internal teams (IT, Operations) and external vendors will be essential for successful solution deployment.
