Infosys is seeking a Genesys Cloud Architect. This position will interface with key stakeholders and requires technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. The role plays an important part in creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code deliverables for a module, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.   • Interface with key stakeholders and demonstrate technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Create high-level design artifacts.
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing.
  • Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Pennington, NJ, Wilmington, DE, Charlotte, NC, Addison, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Genesys.
  • 7 years of experience in IVR Application Development, API integration, Java, planning of implementation, and maintaining the technology infrastructure for contact centers.
  • Experience with telephony, CRM systems, cloud platforms, integrations, and building various adapters for Genesys Clouds.
  • Knowledge of security protocols to create efficient and customer-centric contact center solutions.
  • Familiarity with functionalities of Agent softphone and Nice Recorder.
