About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Genesys Cloud Architect. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code deliverables for a module, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Pennington, NJ, Wilmington, DE, Charlotte, NC, Addison, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in Genesys.
• 7 years of experience in IVR Application Development, API integration, Java, and planning of implementation.
• Experience in maintaining the technology infrastructure for contact centers, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with functionalities of Agent softphone, Nice Recorder, and Reporting Architecture would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
