Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • 1+ years of residential HVAC experience (preferred).
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
  • Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of residential HVAC experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer relationships, seek referrals, and build your own pipeline.
  • Document your sales in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
  • Coordinate with install crews, support staff, and managers to keep jobs running smooth.
  • Join regular sales and tech training meetings to sharpen your edge.
  • Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
