Requirements

• Ability to lead Generator integration into vehicle architectures
• Ability to provide technical system support throughout vehicle program phases
• Understanding of functional and physical properties of ebeam systems
• Experience with system DFMEA and manufacturing PFMEA
• Ability to lead and manage Tier 1 suppliers to deliver programs on time with best cost/quality
• Ability to work with Vehicle Engineering and Vehicle Controls team to ensure system / subsystem interfaces delivery
• Skill in identifying, tracking, and resolving engineering issues
• Ability to support program launches

Responsibilities

• Lead Generator integration into existing and future electric and EREV vehicle architectures.
• Lead the team to provide technical system support throughout all phases of the vehicle program to ensure robust system engineering and program execution and performance.
• Lead to work with program team to understand the required functional and physical properties of a ebeam system.
• Lead on system DFMEA and manufacturing PFMEA.
• Lead and drive Tier 1 supplier to manage them deliver our programs on time with best cost/quality.
• Lead to work with Vehicle Engineering and Vehicle Controls team to ensure system / subsystem interfaces delivery.
• Identifies, tracks, and resolves engineering issues.
• Support program launches
