About The Position

This is a ground-floor opportunity for an experienced generator / small engine technician to help build an entire generator workforce as we expand this department. This role offers long-term stability, leadership opportunity, and unlimited growth potential.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years generator or small engine experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Generac / Kohler / Briggs & Stratton experience preferred
- Professional, dependable, self-motivated
- Valid driver's license with insurable MVR
Nice To Haves
- Generac / Kohler / Briggs & Stratton experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain standby generators and small engines
- Perform generator start-ups, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Work directly with customers in a field service role
- Help grow and shape a new service line
