Position Summary CVS Health’s internal creative agency, Heart Haus, is seeking a Generative Content Designer to develop AI-powered systems that automate and scale content creation. This role combines technical expertise with creative strategy to deliver high-quality, personalized content across text, images, audio, and video. Why join us? Requirements

• 5+ years in design or creative production with hands-on generative AI experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven projects.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and workflow design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and MAC systems.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in large organizations or creative agencies.
• Background in retail or healthcare industries.
• Knowledge of MRM tools (e.g., Workfront).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with enthusiasm and positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI-powered workflows for large-scale content generation.
• Translate brand guidelines into reusable creative components for AI systems.
• Develop prompts and strategies to guide generative AI models.
• Establish quality standards and integrate human-in-the-loop processes.
• Partner with creative teams to implement scalable AI solutions.
