Job Summary: The Generative AI Process Manager II applies knowledge and expertise to lead business transformation initiatives, spearheading the advancement of generative AI (GenAI) capabilities in the One Field Services (OFS) organization. This role partners closely with IT/Digital Transformation (DT) teams and front-line service leaders to translate operational challenges into AI-driven solutions that drive both internal and external customer-centric outcomes. This role will be focused on delivering Field AI-led process transformations. The ideal candidate would have experience in field service processes and working across a complex matrixed organization. Collaboration, project management, and communication skills are key.
