Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to consumers through Disney's Parks & Resorts, Disney Cruise Lines, and Disney Vacation Club. We oversee the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology and digitally led initiatives across various lines of business, including Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise. Additionally, we are involved in innovative initiatives such as Hey, Disney! In this role as the Principal AI Platform Architect, you will be a key player in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Center of Excellence within DX Tech & Digital. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Technology and having a dotted line to the Director of AI Solutions & Development, you will be at the forefront of technological innovation, driving transformative AI solutions that enhance guest experiences and operational efficiencies. This position places you as an expert in Generative AI, leading innovative solutions for complex problems that have a significant impact on our operations. You will collaborate directly with multi-disciplinary senior leaders on high-profile strategic projects that shape the future of Disney's digital landscape.
