Job Summary The Gen AI Solutions Architect is a senior technical and strategic role responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) solutions across the organization. This role bridges business strategy and advanced AI technologies, ensuring Gen AI capabilities are architected, deployed, and governed in a scalable, secure, and value-driven manner. The Gen AI Solutions Architect provides technical leadership and architectural direction to transform Gen AI concepts into production-ready solutions that support organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (required)
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or AI-related technical roles
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex technical solutions
Strong architectural skills covering systems integration, data flows, and application design
Proven ability to align technical solutions with business strategy
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
US citizenship required and the ability to obtain a CBP security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Generative AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application architectures
Experience leading or influencing cross-functional technical teams
Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management and operationalization
Ability to balance innovation, feasibility, and risk in architectural decisions

Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end Gen AI solutions, including model integration, data pipelines, and application interfaces
Lead the development and implementation of Gen AI use cases aligned with business objectives
Define solution architectures that ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical Gen AI designs
Guide engineering teams on best practices for developing, integrating, and deploying Gen AI solutions
Evaluate and select appropriate Gen AI models, platforms, and tools
Ensure Gen AI solutions comply with organizational standards, governance, and risk management practices
Support testing, validation, and operational readiness of Gen AI implementations
Provide technical oversight across the solution lifecycle, from concept through production
Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences
