About The Position

We are seeking an innovative GenAI Engineering Lead to drive the adoption of Large Language Models and agentic flows to drive process efficiencies, automation, simplification, and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions. In this role you will be responsible for driving and contributing to the technical direction of our products and services, instilling engineering best practices into the team, and promoting cultural change across the organization. You will also work with various technology teams to push the adoption of Generative AI technologies and agentic flows, across enterprise-wide applications and processes. Developing partnerships with third party providers to validate and adopt best-of-breed solutions. You will be joining us right at the beginning of our journey. We are seeking experienced software engineers who thrive in a results-driven environment, passionate about GenAI and who (just like us!) love programming.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience in engineering and executing enterprise solutions that scale
• Fluency in at least two programming languages, with preference for Python, Javascript/Typescript, Golang
• Pytorch, TensorFlow experience
• Understanding of language models, transformers, agentic frameworks
• Rich understanding of vector stores and search algorithms
• Experience in Java 8, SpringBoot, Python, Oracle/MongoDB & Docker/Kubernetes/Open Shift, messaging platforms
• Direct engineering experience of high performance, large-scale AI/ML systems
• Have experience supporting fast-paced startup engineering teams
• Experience in model risk management, guardrails development, and end-user adoption pathways of AI / GenAI solutions

Nice To Haves

• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, value stream methodologies
• Strong communication skills and proven track record in producing quality project artefacts, including senior management reports within a technology or risk & controls domain
• Ability to structure and run product working groups across diverse stakeholders to drive a consensus on requirements and develop and implement process, data, system designs
• Motivated self-starter with ability to learn new skills quickly and navigate the organization
