The Generative AI Research Engineer is an individual contributor responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of Generative AI software systems and/or engineering tools to support the administrative work of the Dean’s Office at the College on Connected Computing (CCC). This position assists with engineering and/or software design, implementation, analysis, maintenance, creation/delivery of training materials, and experimentation as directed by Chief of Staff at the CCC. This position will collaborate with engineers, faculty, students, Research Scientists, and university staff to accomplish project-specific goals. The Research Engineer is expected to function at a high-level of independence to support the evolving needs of a rapidly growing college.
