We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to join our team in Chicago and play a key role in building impactful AI solutions. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy state-of-the-art generative models for diverse applications, including text, images, and audio. You will work on developing scalable AI solutions, fine-tuning pre-trained models, and ensuring seamless integration into accentedge’s technology ecosystem. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects that push the boundaries of AI innovation.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI techniques: GANs, VAEs, transformers, diffusion models, or large language models (LLMs).
• Experience deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Experience with data preprocessing and creating training pipelines for large datasets.
• Ability to optimize model performance through techniques like quantization, pruning, or parallelization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for innovative AI-driven solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Experience integrating generative models into production applications.
• Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Ray, or Weights & Biases for tracking experiments.
• Prior experience with NLP, computer vision, or multi-modal generative AI projects.
• Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or models.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Generative AI models (e.g., GANs, transformers, diffusion models, and LLMs).
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, LLaMA) for specific applications.
• Deploy and scale AI models using cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to integrate models into production systems.
• Develop efficient ML pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on solutions.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI research and implement the latest technologies.
• Build tools and workflows to support AI-driven product development.
