Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as compactor, baler, forklift, hand dolly, and pallet jack to move, store, and retrieve donated products.
• Train team members on forklift certifications.
• Sort recyclable materials into proper bins.
• Load, unload, and stage trucks and trailers.
• Ensure production areas have sufficient materials for operations.
• Prepare materials or storage containers proactively for the production team.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse and trailers.
• Prepare items for shipment and track products at the warehouse docks.
• Complete duties in accordance with organizational policies to minimize downtime.
• Provide a safe working environment for customers and employees.
• Act as a backup for other areas as required.
• Perform other assigned duties.
