Requirements

• Ops-heavy with vision.
• Tech-savvy enough to discuss code and budget.
• Understanding of go-to-market strategies, product management, people management, and legal risk.
• Ability to recruit talent and manage scope creep effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge for the CEO to ensure focus and alignment within the company.
• Lead, enforce, and execute high-impact strategies effectively and quietly.
• Serve as a right hand for executing high-impact strategy.
• Enforce company culture, systems, and accountability.
• Protect the CEO's time and attention.
• Act as a whisperer to internal teams, maintaining loyalty while being respected for sharp insights.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 to $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
