About The Position

Successful employees are responsible for various roles and duties within the Curing department such as brining/smoking/slicing/cooking/packaging food product, boxing and stacking product, verifying quality and accuracy of products, all while making People Safety and Food Safety the number one priority.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to drive a forklift consistent with company standards
• Ability to use a computer to complete job-related tasks
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motion throughout a shift
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs as required throughout the course of a shift
• Ability to twist and bend the body as necessary to perform job-related tasks
• Ability to kneel/squat/climb as necessary to complete job-related tasks
• Ability to perform grasping and pinching motions to complete job-related tasks
