About The Position

TempToFT Essential Duties and Responsibilities: $20-23/hr Receive incoming parts and materials and put away as necessary. Pack and/or palletize parts for shipment. Perform inventory transactions as necessary for receiving, shipping, or moving goods. Move parts using pallet jack and fork truck. Knowledge/Skills & Abilities: Understands and promotes company's mission, values and quality policy. Exhibits the personal characteristics we value of good attitude, intelligence, integrity and humility. Strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Demonstrated problem solving ability in a machine shop environment. Good judgment and decision making skills Good computer skills and ability to learn and use business software effectively. Good attendance and punctuality and willingness to work overtime as needed. Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience & Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least 1 plus years of experience in Shipping/Receiving in a manufacturing environment. Fork truck certified or have the ability to become fork truck certified Experience with UPS or Fed-ex a plus.
