About The Position

General Summary: Supplies Stores with the correct merchandise based on individual needs while achieving set production, quality and safety standards. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Selects and packs merchandise, from multiple levels, in a fast and efficient manner to meet and/or exceed production standards. Ensures the correct merchandise is shipped to the correct store based on the store orders and meets and/or exceeds set quality standards. Operates equipment (voice command headset) and/or uses paper pick documents in order to process store orders. Achieves set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Communicates effectively with Sign Out Clerk in order to maintain a consistent workflow. Monitors equipment in order to maintain production workflow and minimize downtime. Fills in and assists with stocking duties as time permits. Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety. Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment within the Repack department. Follows all Company policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Four to six months Retail Distribution Center or Warehouse Environment experience preferred.
Able to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
These tasks require the ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
The Team Member should have adequate fitness level to meet the demands of frequent lifting, walking, standing, moderate climbing, occasional sitting, stooping and kneeling with or without reasonable accommodation.
Team Member will be required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per Distribution Center requirements.
