Order Fulfillment Team Members process customer orders from around the world from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
- Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management
- Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success
- GED or High School Diploma
- Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
- Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete
- Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
- Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
- Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities
- Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
- Inspect and receive product
- Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock
- Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
- Review pack lists to insure correct quantities
- Verify correct parts have been picked
- Box product and prepare for shipping
- Assemble cables and battery packs
- Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities
- Shipping (Processing)
- Shipping Dock
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questions
- Handle customer change-order requests when applicable
- Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels
- Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
