About the position

The General Warehouse Associate at TruVolt Brands LLC is responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately while maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in varying temperatures, ensuring that products are inspected and inventory is managed effectively. The position is integral to supporting the company's mission of delivering eco-conscious innovations in the lawn and garden equipment and electronic bike sectors.

Responsibilities

• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Organize warehouse space
• Accurately receive, unload and put away incoming items
• Check, verify and fill customer orders
• Follow all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Share ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep area clean and well organized
• Work long periods including evenings and weekends when necessary
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good math, language and reading skills
• Basic computer skills may be required
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others
• Ability to follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Team player with strong organizational skills
• Maintain a clean & safe environment

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good eye-hand-foot coordination
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
• May be required to use RF scanner gun
