The company is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator with experience in multiple core warehouse functions and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Familiarity and experience in multiple core warehouse functions
Commitment to phenomenal customer service
Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred
3 years plus warehouse experience
Proven the ability to train others
Fully proficient in multiple core warehouse functions
Proven understanding of safety regulations and procedures
Product knowledge
Problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficient
Strong organization skills and leadership qualities to take and give team direction

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the department
Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals
Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues
Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance
Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs while championing related initiatives
Works with team to ensure department is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
Other duties as assigned
Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
