We are currently hiring General Warehouse Associates and Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for the Second Shift. Our Distribution Centers are located across the United States, and we are continually expanding our operations. The work schedule for this position is Second Shift, with hours from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required as scheduled, but we do not work on weekends. The pay for Equipment Operators is $22.00 per hour (including shift differential), while Non-Equipment Operators earn $21.00 per hour (also including shift differential). In addition to competitive pay, we offer a Monthly Incentive Program and a Yearly Merit Increase based on performance. Our benefits package includes accrued vacation, sick time, personal time, floating holidays, wellness days, and paid holidays. We also provide Paid Parental Leave for four weeks, a 401K plan with company match, and an Employee Purchase Program that allows associates to purchase Ferguson items at cost.
