About The Position

Summit Racing Equipment, known as The World's Speed Shop®, is hiring for a full-time General Warehouse position at our Order Fulfillment Center (OFC) in McDonough, GA. We prioritize customer satisfaction by providing quality parts at competitive prices, ensuring quick delivery, and offering exceptional customer service. The General Warehouse role involves following established procedures to efficiently complete tasks while meeting productivity and accuracy goals. Employees will utilize available systems and equipment to manage their workload, report any issues affecting customer service or safety, and support team members as needed. The position requires effective communication with coworkers and leadership to maintain accurate inventory and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and understand English and perform basic math.
• Comfortable using technology, including scanners and computers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
• Ability to climb stairs, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and lift up to 70 lbs. consistently.
• Ability to walk extensively throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Equipment experience is a plus but not required—we provide training!

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures to complete tasks efficiently while meeting or exceeding productivity and accuracy goals.
• Use available systems and equipment effectively to manage and process assigned workload.
• Identify and report any issues that could impact customer service, safety, teamwork, or company operations.
• Safely operate equipment and follow company safety guidelines.
• Support other departments and team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to maintain accurate inventory and efficient operations.
• Restock and organize inventory by replenishing prime pick locations with products from Receiving, Retail, Returns, and Bulk.
• Store and transfer products between bulk and prime locations to maintain efficient inventory flow.
